Nicole Carp is a registered yoga teacher, having gone through training programs specialising in Traditional Hatha Yoga and Vedanta, with more than 900 hours of certified training.

Her teaching style is warm and supportive, gently encouraging your body to “give” and relax when breath and body connect deeper. Nicole encourages students to explore beyond their perceived limitations by emphasising proper alignment to maximise performance and prevent injury.

More recently, Nicole is curating small group Ocean Valley Retreats that foster connection with nature, joy, and meaningful experiences. Each trip is thoughtfully planned in collaboration with beautiful venues and amazing yoga teachers for a truly unforgettable and rejuvenating meeting with yourself.

SUP Yoga

Far away from buildings, yoga studios, concrete floors and noisy soundscapes. Tunning in to the sounds of nature and feeling the warm sun on your skin.
