Preparation: Purifying the Body and Mind

These yoga practices are designed for everyone, whether you're a complete beginner or have been practicing regularly. We'll focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and working on relaxation. We'll also work on detoxification and target different areas of the body like the core, legs, upper body, and arms.

This is a truly holistic practice. We're not just focusing on the physical body, but also on calming the mind. Yoga is more than just moving into postures—it's about the awareness and intention behind each movement. Along with asanas, we'll incorporate pranayama (breathwork) and meditation to deepen your practice and bring balance to both body and mind.

Learn and deepen your understanding of  yogic traditional techniques like asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), Bandha (energy lock), mudra (symbolic gesture/posture), Kriya (purification exercises), Mantra (instrument for the mind), yoganidra (relaxation technique) and dhyana (concentration and meditation).

With time and consistency, yoga can reduce our suffering by nourishing, opening the heart and clearing the mind. Reducing the problems and difficulties in the human heart, reducing, reducing...
