Nicole Carp is a health-based Hatha Yoga Instructor since 2010 and is currently offering in person and online services for all levels of practice and all stages of life.
Inspired by Yoga based attitudes & values that use good-judgment as a compass, in her Ericeira-based practice, Nicole helps her clients find the adequate yogic tools and holistic practices they need, and weaves them into accessible treatment plans that fit easily into daily life. She also teaches group Hatha yoga and meditation classes, and loves helping her students slow down, listen inward and reconnect with themselves.
Drawing from her personal experiences as both a student and teacher, Nicole believes that truly listening to a student is essential—especially when they struggle to find the words or simply choose not to express themselves verbally.
Through calm, connected movement, Nicole helps guide individuals toward their own Flow State, allowing them to navigate both physical and emotional obstacles with grace and ease.
